The C.A.R.E ministry is designed to aid and assist member within our congregation during a
time of need or crises through advising, directing, monitor, aid and assist.

Emergency Call
All emergency calls will be handled by the C.A.R.E administrative team and Pastor. All who are
in need will be assessed by the Pastor and then transferred over to the C.A.R.E administrative
team. The C.A.R.E administrative will then assess the need and follow up as appropriate within
24hr. (If there is immediate danger the person will be instructed to call (911).
Follow Up Care
If the loved one who has passed is local and in the congregation, a card will be provided we will assess the needs and talk to the family to see what is needed. And then act accordingly. A call will be made to find out how the church can help and what actions will be needed to assist.
Financial Care
The purpose is to provide emergency assistance to meet the financial needs of the Revive church members. In the case of an unexpected financial change or hardship loss of job, calamity, disaster, or illness which presents financial hardship.
A committee composed of three C.A.R.E members and Pastor evaluate the situation and decide the distribution of funds.
Assisting Widows
Widows are encouraged to participate in our life groups for support of encouragement spiritual growth and care assisting singles and single parents. Life groups are available for those desiring to participate in a single group for support growth and care.
Assisting Senior Adults
Senior Adults are encouraged to participate in our life groups for support of encouragement spiritual growth and care assisting Senior Adults.
Assisting Unemployed Persons
Once the unemployed person makes their need, or Request known through the request Form. The coordinator of the area will follow-up.

Homebound
We care about the homebound by providing care for their spiritual needs in the following way.

Hospital Care
We at Revive Church are structured to care for our people through C.A.R.E Ministry however, Life Groups are encouraged to show support through phone calls or Zoom Meetings or in-person meetings as well.
HELPS
There are people or individuals within the congregation who can join alongside the care ministry to help people in need.
